Holyoke Community College Offers Spring Culinary and Wine-Tasting Classes
Holyoke Community College (HCC) is enriching the community this spring wiht a series of noncredit cooking and wine-tasting classes, hosted at the HCC MGM culinary Arts Institute. These classes provide accessible opportunities for residents to expand their culinary skills and wine knowledge.
Class Schedule and Details
Monthly sessions for both cooking and wine-tasting will run from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, beginning January 29th and continuing on Febuary 26th, March 26th, April 23rd, and May 14th. All classes are held at the HCC MGM Culinary Arts Institute, located at 164 Race st., Holyoke.
Wine-Tasting Classes
Led by Valley wine writer Ken Ross, the wine-tasting classes will explore a different theme each month. The schedule includes:
- January 29th: Winter Red Wines
- February 26th: Tuscany Wines
- March 26th: New Zealand wines
- April 23rd: Rosé Wines
- May 14th: Summer White Wines
Each wine-tasting session costs $79 per person and includes wine samples and light snacks.
